Barkley! The Dog Butler!

Modern Family is clearly awesome and hilarious. And Barkley, the dog butler is a fine example of why the show is awesome. Everyone should have a dog butler.

Woot + Conan O’Brien

Woot.com has updated their front page with a cool product and a witty description (don’t they always?) But today is special. Following NBC’s decision to move the (begin sarcasm) hilarious Jay Leno Show (end sarcasm) to the 11:35 time slot once held by The Tonight Show, Woot offers quite an appropriate description to the computer that they have on sale. Check out and click the photo below for awesomeness.

And if you missed the very-well written statement from Conan himself, then please click here for the full thing. It’s quite a good read.

Arrested Development Movie!

I just love reading more and more about a new Arrested Development movie.  It makes me warm inside.  Then again, that could be gas.  But either way, I’m warm and happy.  Check out this little article on Hollywood Insider:

Arrested Development Rules

A friend of mine at work just introduced me to this website:

This is frickin’ awesome.  Seriously.  This site has every episode available to watch, whenever you want.  It makes me a little sad that the show is gone, but at least there are all these episodes to watch over and over.  And over and over again.

If you’ve never seen the show, I can’t recommend it enough.  In fact, you should buy it.  Just go out right now and buy it.

The Office Season 4 Premiere

Wow.

At this point, all I can say is, “wow”.  Tonight’s premiere of the The Office was hilarious and, dare I say, a little edgy.  From Merideth being hit by a car, to Pam seeing Michael’s who-ha, this was an episode I’ll never forget.  The whole thing was certainly very entertaining and brisked by during it’s hour-long timeslot.  Though I wish they used more of Andy, I was cracking up the entire time.  Creed.  Man, that guy kills me.

Anyway, here is a behind-the-scenes picture from NBC’s website:

Can’t wait for next week! And be sure to check out http://officequotes.net/ in a couple days for the entire episode script.

Firefly Rocks

I’ve seen quite a number of TV shows and movies in my life, but very few grow on me as quickly as Firefly has. We just finished watching the series on DVD boxset and I must say that it was awesome. The characters are so perfectly drawn and are very easily relatable especially for a show set far in the future. And to top it off, the show has such a unique wit; it’s something that very few shows ever achieve. It’s too bad there aren’t any more.

So, if you haven’t seen it, then I can highly reccommend that you get started and watch a few episodes. You’ll love it.
